Terms of Use
Payments
Services for monthly plans are secured by a
major credit card and require payment in full
before services are rendered. Hourly services
are paid in advance by cash, check, credit card
or money order, made payable to The
Essential Helper LLC. Services scheduled
with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged
an additional $20.00 convenience fee to
accommodate necessary schedule changes. All
prices listed are for services provided by
The Essential Helper LLC and do
not include charges for third party vendors or
products purchased to complete a request.
Unused hours
All hours purchased for monthly plans must
be used within 30 days of the first hour used.
Hours not used within 30 days will not be
refunded or rolled over to the following
month.
Errands
All errand prices include the time from the
beginning of service and for the first 15 miles
of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be charged
an additional rate of $.38 per mile.
Pets
All services requiring the transportation of
a pet requires that the client provides a
suitable pet carrier if needed and a valid
proof of Kentucky/Ohio Rabies Vaccinations.
Cancellations
The Essential Helper LLC
requires a 24 hour notice of cancellations of
services. Failure to provide any notice of
cancellation will result in the client being
charged full price for the service. Failure to
provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will
result in the client will being charged a $25
servicing fee.
Access to Client's
Property
If The Essential Helper LLC
can not gain access to the client's home or
office on the day of service the client will be
charged the full cost of the service.
Special Scheduling
Services required outside of regular
business hours can be provided, however, a
convenience fee of $25 will be charged in
addition to the regular fees.
Privacy Policy
All personal credit card information
collected by The Essential Helper
LLC will be used for the purpose of
providing concierge services and billing the
client for services rendered. Under no
circumstances will this information be shared
with a third party, except for the purpose of
completing the client's financial obligation to
The Essential Helper LLC. All
services that we provide for each client are
considered confidential and will not be
disclosed to a third party.
Fee information
- Services provided are billed at a minimum
of one hour. Billing will then be charged in
15 minute increments.
- As many services possible will be
completed in one hour.
- Cost of any purchase is not included in
the hourly rate.
- Mileage is include up to 15 miles; $.38
per mile beyond 15 miles
- Hourly rate begins from the time the
office is left to the time the tasks is
completed.
- Rates for after hours, Holidays and
weekends will exceed the normal hourly
rate
- Cancellations require a 24 hour notice or
a $25 fee applies
- We respectfully require payment prior to
services being provided.
- 24 hour notice is required for all tasks;
however, we will attempt to meet all requests
when they are needed.
